Iv got a pair of bobster foamer impact resistant sun glasses which should be up to the job or should I buy some thing just for airsoft ? .

From reading the info on the website those glasses will be fine. However if they are tinted dark lenses you may have trouble in the trees as it can get pretty dark in there.

Ok Iv got a load of questions regarding Airsoft Assault Cornwall and airsoft in general.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

What range should I zero my sights for and what group sizes can I expect from a standard kwa M4A1 downgraded at the shop from new to around 320fps ?.
I imagine that compared to my pcp's that can put pellet on pellet at 50 yards on a calm day airsoft guns are pretty inaccurate.
What would be the best bb's to use that don't cost a fortune (im useing Fireball .20 from Trago at the moment)
What rules are in effect fps, safety, equipment etc ?.
Do you use the "bang rule" and how do you tell teams apart etc ?.
Anything else that I haven't mentioned that you think would help.

Sorry for all the simple questions but I am a newbie.

Si

Don't worry about group sizes too much, just spray some bbs around Twisted Evil

I would recommend you ditch the Fireball BBs. I used some a couple of weeks ago and they were crap. The gun hated them and I was lucky to get one shot out on semi, auto didn't work at all. I use green devil bios or zeroone bios. I prefer zeroone cos they're white and you can see the flight path better. I use bios cos I don't want to drop 1000s of bits of plastic every Sunday.

FPS limits are 350 for AEG, 450 for dmr (with safe shooting distance) and 500 for bolt action sniper rifle ( with safe shooting distance). You must wear safety glasses/goggles.

Thanks sallymander but its more a case of "all the gear,no idea" lol
The bat was put there after a game with my boys in the summer and never got put away.
If I had remembered it was there I would have moved it as it looks a bit dodgy lol
Iv got a name tape on the way for the front of the plate carrier so everyone will know
who the idiot that hasn't got a clue is.

Ah, it's not to keep the dodgy gits from your door then. Said a lot about myself with that observation didn't I!

As soon as you've taken a few hits and got covered in mud you'll be fine Wink
